Approval
- This document supercedes any other and is subject to change.
- Only the direct buyer can return devices to ABP. If you bought it from a different company, please get with them.
- Devices sent to us without a valid Return Authorization number on the box will be refused back to Fedex/UPS/etc.
- The procedure to obtain an approval for Replacement is:

Use a Case Type of "RMA Request - Warranty Return". |

Wait for a Return Authorization via email or questions to verify validity. |

Once the RA is received, print it out and insert it into the box with the device and all accessories. |

Write the RA number on the Shipping Label in a clear readable manner. Take care not to write on the original box in case you get the device back. |
- To expedite receiving the RA, make sure to supply the (MAC for Snom Products or Serial Number for all others) and a enough detail in the description so that the manufacturer will accept the return.
Refunds
- Same process as above but use a Case Type of "RMA Request - Return for Refund".
- All refunds are conditioned that the product, all accessories, and packaging are in a new and re-sellable as new condition.
- <30 days - Subject to 15% restocking fee.
- >31 days - No returns accepted (except for manufacturers warranty mentioned here).
Shipping Charges
- Shipping will be paid by the entity sending the device. Ie. ABP will pay Ground Shipping when we send a replacement and expect the other party to pay insured shipping for returns back to us.
- Overnight replacement shipping is available but not at ABPs expense.
Testing
- We test questionable Returns and if found to be configuration/software errors and not hardware, we'll return the device back to the customer at their shipping expense.
- If it is found to be OK, we can arrange to store the verified device for 15 days or until your next order.
- If this becomes a problem we also reserve the right to charge an hourly rate for testing/verification.
Expediting Returns
- Remember that you can always order new devices cross-shipped to your customer to avoid emergencies. But be warned that the RMA might be denied if found to be functional.
- Once the RMA is approved, you can also request Overnight Shipping at your expense.
Manufacturer Specifics
- Audiocodes repairs devices instead of replacing them. This process takes approximately 8 weeks.
For certain products, ABP can provide loaners/lease equipment to get you by. Contact your salesman to arrange this.
- ABP does not keep servers or the manpower to test PC cards like Digium and Eicon.
Please contact these companies directly with the card in your server to get the RMA approved. Tell them you are an ABP VAR and need an Authorization for Return but that ABP will handle the replacement after the manufacturer has deemed the device/s faulty. Once they deem faulty, open the case above with the Issue Number from your manufacturer request.

Exceptions
- There are no exceptions to the above except approved by ABP's head of accounting and documented in the "Comments" section on the customers account.
- Any exceptions must be negotiated and documented in "Comments" and submitted when Case is opened.
- Refurbished Items are sold as is with the 15% restocking fee and 15 calendar days only for returns
