Open a Support Case
- Before you open a case, please read our FAQs.
- Please include as much detail as possible: Serial/MAC, model number, current firware, and/or software versions. Describe the problem and steps taken to resolve it.
- DO NOT paste SIP Traces or Debug outputs here. Reply to the email you will receive with them as Notepad attachments.
