Tricks to get BLF working in Asterisk appliance

BLF can be tricky  to get working with  asterisk. After version 1.2 there are some interim releases that break the functionality.

Digium  appliance:
tested with the appliance running   version autotag_for_sx00i-1.0.1 (sx00iRC1-2007-07-05 interim)
